About Mimosa Pines:
Mimosa Pines Garden of Memories, Inc. was established in 1954 by Etha Belle Moye. Etha Belle and her husband, Herbert Moye, operated the cemetery until their deaths in 1994 and 1995 respectively. With the help of family and faithful employees, Mimosa Pines has been under the management of Judy Goodner since 1995. We are a family owned and operated business taking pride in that manner. Our number one goal is to treat you in a personal and professional manner.
"The development of Mimosa Pines Garden of Memories as one of the finest of cemeteries is a source of much satisfaction to its builder. I am completely dedicated to providing a dignified and helpful service in keeping with the idea of a beautiful garden type cemetery, in a setting of Mimosa and pine trees, sweeping lawns and melodious chimes. This new cemetery marks a milestone in my goal to give the people of West Calcasieu Parish the most beautiful of cemeteries." –Etha Belle Moye, 1957
